My Training





Movement has always played a major role in my life. Cycling, weight lifting, dancing and boxing have all been some of my past time favorites. A few years ago I found a new love of movement through Yoga and eventually Barre. What I love about both of these modalities, is the emphasis on body awareness. Barre method draws from ballet, isometrics, yoga, and pilates; which are designed to strengthen and tone major muscle groups, all while elongating and stretching them. Alignment is essential with every exercise program. Since movement is part of living a Conscious Lifestyle, I provide support for my clients in a group and private setting. I am a certified Yoga and Barre Instructor and I received my training through Urban Yoga in Fort Worth, Tx. 

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.

All healing is contained within and stems from, our spiritual connection. Every physical, emotional, mental or nutritional imbalance (or disorder) relates to a spiritual disconnection, and results in symptoms associated with one or more of these areas. A spiritual disconnection is distance from the Divine, which cuts us off from this replenishing source, which is our birthright. Spiritual coaching is guidance towards reconnecting with the Divine. We all possess the capacity and capability to heal ourselves and spiritual coaching facilitates this process. You will gain access to spiritual tools, receive accountability and compassionate guidance towards the process of healing yourself. 

Certified Biofeedback Technician

Biofeedback is a treatment technique in which people are trained to improve their health by using conscious and subconscious signals from their own bodies. Physical practitioners use biofeedback to help stroke victims regain movement in paralyzed muscles. Psychologists use it to help tense and anxious clients learn to relax. Specialists in many different fields use biofeedback to help their clients cope with pain.
